Compensation:
- Annual base salary of $170,000 to $195,000
- At risk compensation of $20,000, based on company top line revenue goals
Role Overview:
The Asset Reliability Sales Leader’s primary function is to improve Cutsforth’s market position and achieve sales growth within reliability strategic services. Further, the Leader plans, directs, and coordinates marketing and sales policies and programs, including uncovering demand for Cutsforth products and services and identifying potential customers across multiple market verticals.Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development across verticals related to overall asset reliability.
- Drives development of comprehensive reliability programs and digital transformation initiatives to optimize customer asset management strategies.
- Responsible for: defining and driving digital transformation strategies for clients, with an emphasis on building resilient and reliable digital solutions. This position requires strategic vision, technical expertise, leadership, and consulting knowledge.
- Other tasks include contributing to risk management, collaborating on opportunities, conducting workshops, supporting sales, and driving new offerings development.
- Identify market opportunities by learning consumer requirements, defining market potential, uncovering competitor's market share and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business.
- Coordinate efforts to identify opportunities to expand Cutsforth’s service and product portfolio related to overall reliability of assets, including integration of analytics, hardware, software and services.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related management field
- Minimum of seven years of related sales and marketing experience is required.
- Experience in data analytics, market research, and strategy development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM and business intelligence solutions
- Experience and familiarity with web presentation and video conferencing solutions
- Adept at identifying customer needs and challenges.
- Adept at networking, prospecting, and closing deals with strategic clients/partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.
- Ten or more years of related business experience is preferred.
Other Qualifications:
- Successfully pass background check for cybersecurity access requirements.
- Experience leading complex digital transformation projects with an emphasis on reliability, Gap Analysis, Capital Planning, a strong understanding of relevant industry trends and technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and SRE (site reliability engineering), and experience developing strategies for operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Relevant experience in international and domestic marketing and sales strategies
- Skilled in data analytics, market research, and competitive analysis
- Data-based decision maker
- Excellent networker and negotiator
Cybersecurity Role Expectations:
- Candidate will be responsible for reviewing policies and procedures related to cybersecurity and those relevant to the functions of their role.
- Candidate is expected to maintain a cybersecure work environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally for business development initiatives; must maintain a valid driver's license and passport.
- Travel to power plant facilities may require additional criminal background checks and/or drug testing.
- Must be able to use hands to type, handle products, parts, objects, and tools and to navigate a computer keyboard.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
